Wirral Place Brand

We worked with Visit Wirral to shape a bold new brand that captures the spirit of the peninsula. Drawing inspiration from Wirral’s three coastlines, we created a flowing wave motif that embodies its landscape and culture. The tagline ‘Coast Country Culture’ was designed to reflect Wirral’s diversity – and to adapt fluidly, with the words interchangeable depending on which part of the region is being showcased.
We created couplets and copy lines that illustrated the contrast and variety of experiences on the peninsula, matching them with vibrant photos and bold typography. Our aim was to create a brand that’s flexible, distinctive and full of character – just like Wirral itself.
